Thank you for visiting the site of the Devonport Golf Club. “Woodrising” offers the golfer with a challenging, tree-lined, well bunkered course that has excellent greens. The course sits on a peninsula of land leading into the Mersey River and has a fairly flat appearance with gently rolling fairways. The Devonport Golf Club has previously held many prestigious events including the Tasmanian Open Golf Championships and the Gladys Hay Interstate Series.

The Devonport Golf Club located on a beautiful peninsula at the end of Woodrising Avenue in Spreyton, is more than just a championship 18 hole golf course. The Club also has a great facility to cater for dance functions of up to 140 guests using the large dance floor. The Club can cater for up to 200 guests if the dance floor is not required. As you approach the Clubhouse along the tree lined driveway you will find ample parking for up to 100 cars and the view from the Clubhouse is magical all year round with local wildlife wandering the clean well kept grounds.
